Renting beach, outdoor or baby gear rentals from Sapphire Provisioning is a simple process. Start by visiting our website to view our selection of rentals. Choose what you need for your vacation. Once you've made your selection, proceed to complete the rental agreement, providing necessary information for your reservation and delivery. Pay the rental fee, and your rentals will be delivered to your specified location. We will pick-up your rentals at the end of the rental period at the same location unless noted otherwise.
Accidents can happen while on vacation, and we understand that. If you accidentally damage or lose a rental, please inform us as soon as possible so we can assess the damage and bring you new gear. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may incur additional charges. We'll assess the damage and discuss the cost with you if any. Our goal is to ensure you have a fun vacation. We appreciate your honesty in reporting any issues. If for any reason a snorkel or something just does not work, let us know and we will bring you a replacement.

It is simple really. Book your rentals. Submit payment. We deliver and pick-up at your location, including your vacation rental, the beach, airport or ferry dock:) Keep our business hours and phone number handy. If you are staying at a resort, we will deliver to the front office of the resort or directly to your room once you are assigned your building and room at check-in.
On pick-up day we will collect the rental gear the evening before you check-out or the morning of. We recommend an evening pick-up if you are checking out at 11:00 AM or earlier the following morning, and if you are not planning on using the gear. Otherwise we do evening pick-ups at 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM.
Please understand that we are a mobile delivery service. We currently work our of a warehouse. We do not have a physcial storefront yet.
When completing your reservation information, please make sure your dates and delivery and pick-up times are correct. We have a schedule we follow every day. If you do not select the correct time we cannot always be at your destination spare of the moment. We cannot stress this enough, please make sure the dates and times are correct. Those are the times the items will be delivered and those are th times we will be at your loation to pick up the rentals. If we have to return a second time due to error, a delivery charge will be applied.
You are responsible for making sure we have your location details and your property manager's name and contact information if you are staying at a condo or vacation villa.
If you are staying at a resort, please email us your building/room information once you have checked-in. Some resorts wewill deliver directly to your room and some we deliver to check-in.
You are responsible for the gear. Please make sure you return everything.
We clean the gear, but please do not throw masks and snorkels into the sand, it damages the equipment. Any gear with excessive sand, will be charged a service fee. Once sand gets down in the snorkels they do not function properly. To avoid it, please do not toss gear into the sand.
If you have trouble with anything, please let us know so we can replace the item right away.
