Explore the FAQs to ensure you're well-prepared to embark on your island vacation with us.
Browse gear, choose dates/times at checkout, sign the rental agreement, and pay. We deliver to your location and pick up at the end of your rental.
Tell us and we’ll swap it quickly. If gear is lost/damaged, we’ll assess and let you know any fee before charging. (We’ll always aim to keep your trip stress-free.)

Calls/Messages after hours get a reply the next business day.
If you have requests outside of our business hours please send us an email with your requests and your reservation information.
We deliver to resorts, villas, airport, ferry, and beaches. For resorts, we can deliver to the front desk or directly to your room once you have your room number depending on the resort.
Delivery + Pick-up
Evening deliveries and pick-ups: 3:00–5:30 pm on your arrival day and final evening before departure.
(Add your gate/door codes so we can access your unit.)
Please understand that we are a mobile delivery service. We currently work our of a warehouse. We do not have a physical storefront yet. We are NOT located directly on Sapphire Beach. We do work out of the Sapphire area.
When completing your reservation information, please make sure your dates and delivery and pick-up times are correct. We have a schedule we follow every day. If you do not select the correct time we cannot always guarantee we will be at your destination at another time. We cannot stress this enough, please make sure the dates and times are correct. Those are the times the items will be delivered and those are the times we will be at your location to pick-up the rentals. If we have to return a second time due to error, a delivery charge will be applied.
You are responsible for making sure we have your location details and your property manager's name and contact information if you are staying at a condo or vacation villa. Gate codes and door codes are important for deliverying our items. We will need access.
If you are staying at a resort, please email us your building/room # information once you have checked-in. Some resorts we deliver directly to your room and some we deliver to check-in.
You are responsible for the gear. Please make sure you return everything.
We clean the gear, but please do not throw masks and snorkels into the sand, it damages the equipment. Any gear with excessive sand, will be charged a service fee. Once sand gets down in the snorkels they do not function properly. To avoid it, please do not toss gear into the sand. Rinse it out in the ocean if you can.
If you have trouble with anything, please let us know so we can replace the item right away.
Remember when you are finished with the gear, we collect it. We are also offering drop-off at our location.
